Optimization:

• consider the purpose of the animation and how the color, size frame, compression, and export fie fit the purpose

Bitmaps:

• when you zoom in on a raster/bitmap file the pictures become visible as tiny squares 

Vectors:

• vector graphics store the information as a series of coordinates (vectors), and when zooming in on the image, it does not blue/pixelate 

Exporting the animation:

• the file format but correlate of the requirements of the brief 
• consider the correct export options e.g. mobile phone app/online distribution 
• for this, we will need to compress the file we create in final cut
